Local Planning Assistance Center

The Local Planning Assistance Center (LPAC) offers technical assistance, data and strategic planning advice to local governments and citizens to help them prepare comprehensive plans, address land use, planning, zoning and development issues, and use geographic information system tools and data in decision-making.
